1.Size advice: How do the sizes fit?

Our products are generally cut a little wider to offer optimal comfort and freedom of movement - perfect for sport and leisure. You can find a detailed size chart on the respective product page.

2.Returns: How does a return process work?

If you would like to return a product, please send a message to our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you all the necessary information and a return label. Returns are usually processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.

3.Production errors: What to do if there are production errors?

We pay a lot of attention to the quality of our products. Should a production defect nevertheless occur, please contact our support with a brief description and, if possible, photos of the defect. We will investigate the matter as quickly as possible and offer a solution.

4.Place of manufacture: Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are produced with great care in Turkey. The final production takes place in Bavaria, Germany, where we also check all products for quality and precision.

5.Delivery times: How long does shipping take?

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-4 working days. Orders abroad can take between 5-10 working days depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

6.Care instructions: How do I wash my products properly?

To preserve the quality and print of our products, we recommend machine washing inside out at a maximum of 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and strong ironing over prints.

7.Shipping costs: Are there any additional costs?

Within Germany, we ship free of charge for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95. For international orders, the costs vary depending on the destination country - the exact fees are shown to you in the checkout.
